TNT Missed delivery / Re-delivery fee


While we take every care to ensure our products arrive safely to our customers door, from time to time a delivery is made by TNT to our customers and they are not home to sign for the package.


In the event this occurs, TNT will leave a slip in your letter box to pick it up from your local TNT depot or have it redelivered. Sadly, while we have a great relationship with TNT and they are great at delivering freight, they charge an additional $22 inc GST for the priveledge of picking it up OR having it redelivered.


If you have request redelivery, please advise us in the check out if it's OK to have it left in a safe place at your premises when redelivered.
